Advisory Board

”The New Chamber” is a complete business unit with several critical components. The Advisory Board is one of those must-have, power sources that provides the expertise necessary to drive our chamber forward.

The Advisory Board brethren have been selected for their business acumen, integrity, candor, opinions and expertise within a specific marketplace. Plus, their overall business experience and general insight will add magnitudes of spirit and initiative to further enhance our position to the commerce of the San Fernando Valley.

It is our intent to influence the more than 90,000 businesses in our geographic region. To make this a reality, a wide range of views, ideas and strategies are necessary. With the economic climate as it is, this is an opportunity to instill change and do things differently. This group of professionals is dedicated to use its expertise to help us attain the set goals designed to increase business.

The Advisory Board of “The New Chamber” has a common goal—Develop an organization to positively impact business on a daily basis using only the highest standards available.

 

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

Christine Rogers. President, Helping Hands for Seniors, Subsidiary of the R.E.C. Group Inc.
Christine is a longtime executive in the telecommunications industry. She is a retired Area manager from AT&T.  She received her Master's in Business and founded Helping Hands for Seniors some 10 years ago as a part-time means to helping seniors. As the in-home care industry grew, she has devoted her efforts to make this company a leader in its field with her brand known simply as “Worry-free Home Care.” She belongs to several marketing, chambers, and networking groups citywide, sits on various community and charitable boards, and is generally known as a highly successful, insightful, ethical and highly-moral business person.

Ramon Olivas. Area Director/Event Coordinator - SoCal Speednetworking
He studied both Engineering and Business at UCLA.  Prior to joining Love & Wealth Marketing LLC, Ramon was Construction Project Manager for Countrywide Home Loans Corporate Office. He managed the construction and openings of CHL Offices Nationally. He is also a Notary Public for the state of California. Tony Bylsma and Sigal Adini. Narconon Drug Prevention & Education, Inc.

Tony Bylsma, Executive Director and Sigal Adini, Program Director, have been, since 1999, running a top producing drug abuse prevention program, servicing more than 400 California schools and reaching 25-30,000 students a year. Additionally, referral services for those struggling with addiction are provided to hundreds of families every year. Tony is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDC) with hundreds of hours of training on drugs, addiction and rehabilitation and is a professional public speaker.
